Below outlines the terms and conditions of the wood fence warranty provided by Carolina CRAFTmen Fence Co., LLC to the purchaser of our wood fence products. Please read this disclosure carefully to understand the coverage and limitations of the warranty.

Gate Hardware Warranty:

All gate hardware, including hinges, latches, and any other components, are covered under the warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Gate Functionality Warranty:

The functionality of all gates is covered under this warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This includes the proper opening, closing, and latching of the gates.

Warranty Exclusions:

Carolina CRAFTmen Fence Co., LLC will choose the best quality materials to ensure excellence in the building of your wood fence. However, the warranty will not cover any changes that occur in the wood due to its natural characteristics, such as bowing, twisting, warping, splitting, or any other changes that may occur due to exposure to the elements. Wood is a natural material, and these changes are a normal part of its aging process. 

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the wood fence products. Any modifications, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel or contractors not approved by Carolina CRAFTmen Fence Co., LLC will void this warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, or Acts of God.

How to Claim Warranty Service:

To claim warranty service, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and notify Carolina CRAFTmen Fence Co., LLC of the issue within the warranty period. Carolina CRAFTmen Fence Co., LLC reserves the right to inspect the fence and its components to determine the validity of the warranty claim.

Resolution of Warranty Claims:

In the event of a valid warranty claim, Carolina CRAFTmen Fence Co., LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective components. The repaired or replaced components will be covered under the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
