Prior to the installation of the fence, it is the responsibility of the property owner to identify and clearly mark any existing utilities, sprinkler systems, or other property features that may be affected by the fence installation. Failure to do so may result in damage to the identified property features.

We, Carolina CRAFTmen Fencing Company, LLC, are not responsible for any damages to property that should have been marked off prior to the commencement of the installation process. We assume that all necessary precautions have been taken and all property features have been identified and clearly marked off prior to the fence installation.

By hiring our fence installation services, you agree to hold us harmless and release us from any liability for damages caused to property that should have been marked off prior to the fence installation. You acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and understand its contents.
